Spire HR is headed by Ellen who has over 16 years in HR working in a variety of industries such as Hospitality, Insurance, Engineering and Construction.

As a HR Generalist Ellen has covered multiple areas of HR including Employee Relations, TUPE, Redundancies, Training and Development and more recently has been involved with Agency Worker Regulations and Pension Auto-enrolment.

Ellen completed her CIPD graduate diploma in 2006 and further completed an advanced diploma in Employment Law in 2011. Ellen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Her long term aspiration was to provide a HR service to SME’s and so Spire HR was born.

Janene is an accountant with 25 years’ experience of working in a commercial environment. For the last 15 years she has been involved within the HR sector and has a vast knowledge of all aspects of employee relations and general company HR topics.

She has great experience of general company commercial issues and can assist with these aspects of your business combined with any HR issues you are facing.

Ryan Barker MCIPD

Ryan holds an MA in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. With over 8 years’ experience in HR, Ryan joined Spire HR from a UK based motorcycle clothing and accessories manufacturer where he served as Group HR & Organisational Development Manager. Ryan has previously worked in HR Management positions for international food manufacturer Dr.Oetker and a number of large NHS Trusts.
Hannah is an experienced HR Administrator with previous HR experience working for a large retailer focusing on pay related and HR policy queries. Hannah has a degree in Advertising and Brand Management BA (hons) 2:1 and is currently studying for the CIPD level 3 foundation certificate in Human Resources Practice.
